Dubai based air services provider dnata, in an attempt is to use IBS Software’s iCargo terminal operation suite across all its stations. It is expected that by 2020 the software will be implemented throughout its systems across 27 stations in 10 countries.
Finding service quality, safety and efficiency as the areas requiring constant attention, dnata senior vice president UAE cargo and DWC airlines services Berned Struck said, “With iCargo as our technology platform, we are confident that we can stay agile and adapt to the fast changing needs of our customers across the globe.”
Business functions such as ULD management, quality monitoring and mail management will be automated by iCargo. By providing real-time information it will also help users to improve revenue generation and operational efficiency.
